If I recall Hitler did the same thing to the Jews. Imagine if Sarah was POTUS. Rachel Maddow, Melissa-Harris Perry, and Lawrence O'Donnell would be relocated to concentration camps. The only difference between Hitler and the book signing was the media survived.
