Thanks to couriser for finding this! Also it appears Bristol's show premiering on 4/2/12 was a mistake. I had a link that said this but now it is broke. I apologize for the error.
I can't tell if Bristol is pregnant or not since she sitting behind that table. If she was pregnant at the time I don't think Sarah would have let her be out in public. But then again this was taken in Fairbanks where no one would know who Bristol is, unlike Wasilla, Anchorage, and Juneau. She may have given birth between November 2007 and Feb 2008.
Piper looks really bored. Poor thing.
