I think Sarah and Bristol have a love hate relationship. They love to hate each other.
According to RAM Sarah cannot stand the sight of Bristol anymore, and Bristol calls her mother Sarah.
Not surprised considering Bristol ruined Sarah's wholesome family image by getting pregnant on purpose and Sarah dragged her out onto the RNC stage and later DWTS.
Sarah taught Bristol to grift and came between her and Levi Johnston.
