Mike Huckabee's hypocrisy
However!
In 2005 while gov of Arkansas Huckabee signed a bill into law requiring insurance companies pay for birth control.
So how did Bristol's celebration go?
I would have posted this on the 4th but celebrating our country's birthday is much more important.
From Skanky's Fecebook page:
The Supreme Court has handed down a great victory not just for Hobby Lobby, but for all people of faith today! But who could imagine that five judges are the only thing standing between us and a violation of our First Amendment freedom of religion by an out of control administration at war with people of faith?
My recent book “Good Tidings and Great Joy” and Bristol’s blog have covered the Hobby Lobby case. Our friend David French with the ACLJ writes today:
“This is a victory for religious liberty and for common sense. Closely-held corporations cannot be forced to violate their religious convictions for the purpose of funding the Obama Administration’s radical pro-abortion agenda. The owners of Hobby Lobby and all the other employers who challenged the Obama Administration should be commended for their courage.”
Bristol is calling for “Hobby Lobby Love Day” on Thursday to show our gratitude to this courageous family business that stepped up to fight on behalf of all people of faith! They were truly David vs. Goliath!
Here’s more from Bristol:

I have a feeling not many people celebrated. Oh and Butthole and Skanky, your favorite form of birth control is still legal, ABORTION!
What Bristol Palin got on her birthday-Update
Recently Bristol posted this pic of Tripp acting white trashy on her white trashy blog
Yep Tripp will be a felon by 2nd grade if Bristol keeps this up.
Bristol Palin should be thanking President Obama and the Democrats for the reduction in abortions
From Brancy's blog
When I got pregnant, I was only 17 and pretty scared. In other words, I feel compassion for people who are experiencing unplanned pregnancies and who are dealing with issues they’ve never had to consider. I wrote about the moment I realized I was pregnant in my book “Not Afraid of Life:”
Of course, you know the rest of the story. I know I did the right thing in having Tripp, and it looks like many other people are deciding to have their babies too!
On Wednesday, the CDC announced that abortion rates have decline 5%. What a wonderful development – it was a great thing to find out during Thanksgiving Week!
How convenient of you Bristol to leave out the part that the CDC credits sex education and access to birth control as the reason for the abortion rates going down. I for one am glad too the abortion rates are going down. Abortions go down when there is a pro-choice presidential administration. President Obama respects a women's right to choose and wants women to have access to birth control so they will not have to have an abortion.
He also agrees abstinence only education does not work, which leads to more abortions. If anything President Obama is one of the most pro-life presidents I have ever seen.
Speaking of abstinence, you and your family have no right to talk about it.
Chuckles and Sally were in the family way before marriage
Sarah and Todd were in the family way before marriage
You had Tripp out of wedlock
Molly and Mike were in the family way before marriage
Track and Britta were in the family way before marriage
Willow has had at least one pregnancy scare
Chuckles Jr's divorce was finalized in May 2011 then him and his new wife had a baby November 2011. Just learned about that on IM.
Bristol you have been underneath more men than a toilet in a public restroom. Let's see the count:
Johnny Chandler
Dylan Klovig
Levi Johnston
Ben Barber
Kyle Massey
Gino Paoletti
Joey Junker
So shut the fuck up!
What you need to know about Paul Ryan
Paul Ryan’s top-down budget plan is a sham
Paul Ryan and Mitt Romney both support trillions in budget-busting tax cuts for millionaires that will result in tax hikes on the middle class and deep cuts in education and other investments we need to grow. Ryan’s extreme budget plan, which Mitt Romney has embraced, would make deep spending cuts now to pay for tax cuts for the wealthy, which would weaken the recovery and cost the economy jobs.
According to Harvard economist Jeffrey Liebman, based on Mitt Romney’s own projections on the impact of deep spending cuts on the economy, Paul Ryan’s budget plan could cost the U.S. more than 1 million jobs.
Paul Ryan’s plan would raise taxes on the middle class and cut taxes for the wealthy
Ryan’s extreme budget plan would benefit the wealthy while raising taxes on middle-class families, slowing our economic recovery and hurting seniors and the middle class.
Deep tax giveaways for the wealthy:
Paul Ryan’s extreme budget includes a tax “reform” plan that would make the Bush tax cuts for the wealthy permanent, and give millionaires an additional tax cut worth over $250,000 a year. Paying for these tax cuts for the most fortunate families would require higher taxes on the middle class, gutting investments in our future, and ending Medicare as we know it.
Raise taxes on the middle class:
Just like Mitt Romney’s tax plan, middle-class families could pay thousands of dollars more a year in taxes to help fund tax cuts for millionaires. Ryan would cut or eliminate middle-class tax deductions like mortgage interest, charitable contributions, and health premiums.
Paul Ryan’s plan would gut middle-class investments
To pay for tax cuts for the wealthiest, Paul Ryan would gut investments critical to middle-class security.
This includes cutting Pell Grant scholarships for nearly 10 million students, cutting clean energy investments by 19%, and slowing scientific and medical research by eliminating tens of thousands of grants.
Paul Ryan’s plan would end Medicare as we know it
Paul Ryan’s extreme budget would end Medicare as we know it, turning it into a voucher program which would increase seniors’ health costs by $6,350 a year. Ryan has also proposed a plan that would have privatized Social Security, subjecting seniors’ retirement security to the whims of the stock market.
Paul Ryan is severely conservative
Like Mitt Romney, Ryan’s severely conservative positions are out of touch with most Americans’ values. He would take us backward on women’s health and equal rights.
Paul Ryan would take us backward on women’s health:
Ryan cosponsored a bill that could ban in-vitro fertilization, as well as many common forms of birth control, including the pill. It could also ban all abortions, even in cases of rape or incest. He supported letting states prosecute women who have abortions and doctors who perform them.
Paul Ryan would take us backward on equal rights:
Ryan voted against the Lilly Ledbetter Fair Pay Act, which helps women fight for equal pay for equal work. He voted against repealing the discriminatory policy of “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell,” and supports writing discrimination into the Constitution by amending it to ban gay marriage.
There you have it folks. Paul Ryan is an asshole.
Sarah proves again she is a hypocrite of the highest order
Every American should be alarmed at Barack Obama’s priorities, which are illustrated starkly and astonishingly in his cuts to national defense. Those of us with family members in the military, especially, cannot help but be shocked and disappointed by the Commander in Chief’s decision to cut our troops and the benefits they have earned. It’s amazing when you consider all the government waste and the fact that the compensation and benefits of politicians (including the President) only increase, never decrease.
In a recent newsletter, Congressman Allen West points out:
The Obama administration’s proposed defense budget calls for military families and retirees to pay sharply more for their healthcare, while leaving unionized civilian defense workers’ benefits untouched. As well, we are looking at cutting close to 130,000 uniformed troops, but cutting only 7,000 Department of Defense civilians.
In addition, the Obama administration is looking to create a BRAC (Base Realignment and Closure) commission to examine changing the military retirement system. If you do the analysis, you find that less than one percent of the American adult population draws a retirement from serving in the United States Military. The idea of taking out the United States economy budget woes on our military is despicable.
The most alarming points about the healthcare plan include:
- Increases between 30 percent to 78 percent in TRICARE annual premiums for the first year. After that, the plan would impose five-year increases ranging from 94 percent to 345 percent. That's more than three times current levels....
- The new plan also hits active duty personnel by increasing co-payments for pharmaceuticals and eliminating incentives for using generic drugs.
- Veterans will also be hit with a new annual fee for the TRICARE for Life program, on top of the monthly premiums already being paid. In addition, some benefits will become “means-tested,” making them similar to the welfare system than as a benefit for Military service.
Congressman West is right. This is “despicable.” Instead of reforming our insolvent entitlement programs (which the President’s own debt commission recommended) and instead of taking a cleaver to all the waste, fraud, and abuse of our tax dollars perpetrated and perpetuated by the crony capitalism of the permanent political class in DC, this administration makes our brave men and women in uniform bear the brunt of our deficit woes. It’s shameful. The President’s actions are shameful!
For all his talk about slashing troops in the name of making the military “more efficient,” I believe Barack Obama will find these numbers will fall on their own. I predict our troops will cut their own numbers by not voluntarily enlisting at the levels we’ve previously seen or by getting out of the service as quickly as possible because of their Commander in Chief’s lack of support and lack of a clear mission for them.
After watching the administration “tsk-tsking” the conditions our brave men and women in uniform fight through everyday and listening to the apologizing for our troops’ actions in war zones, I stand amazed and impressed at our military personnel's loyalty to the office of the Commander in Chief. I understand and am thankful for that loyalty. They deserve better. They watch the President’s complacency as the media seems to forget our fallen by choosing to give more ink and airtime to a phone call the President makes to praise a 30-year-old college student’s “courage” in publicly speaking about her birth control desires than they’ve given to any of our recent soldiers’ ultimate courage and sacrifice on battlefields far from home. Has he made as great an effort to personally encourage the families of the fallen? His priorities are skewed.
For our courageous men and women in uniform and for the security of our nation, November can’t come soon enough.
For starters Allen West is full of shit. Enough said.
Second of all, President Obama has thanked the troops March 5, 2012 in his most recent SOTU address, December 24, 2011, December 14, 2011, November 25, 2011, May 1, 2011, Aug 31, 2010. Google "President Obama thanks the troops" and you will get 5.9 million results.
And Sarah you are a hypocrite. Condemning a woman who wants birth control available to all women. It's a shame your mother, daughters, and yourself never used birth control.
Bristol got pregnant and cashed in on that. Magazine covers, DWTS, book deal, commercial, Secret Life of the American Teenager, and Candies. That makes her a prostitute as too.
Guess you felt you were being ignored cuz the following day you sent out this gem:
Pres. Obama says he called Sandra Fluke because of his daughters. For the sake of everyone's daughter, why doesn't his super PAC return the $1 million he got from a rabid misogynist?
Sarah for starters President Obama has nothing to do with SUPER PACS. It's illegal. The Super PACS choose who to support and the candidate cannot do anything about it. And your jealous that Malia and Sasha will never have an out of wedlock pregnancy, unlike your daughters.
Rush Limbaugh makes me puke

From MSNBC
In the wake of Rush Limbaugh calling birth control activist Sandra Fluke a “slut” and a “prostitute,” thousands of women who feel personally stung by the attack have risen up to respond.
Throughout the day Friday, it was impossible to keep up with the thousands of Tweets about Limbaugh, virtually all critical. “Somehow only NOW catching up on the Sandra Fluke v. Rush Limbaugh drama,” one woman posted at around 6 p.m. ET. “Wish I hadn't, because now my head is going to explode. Wow.”
By Friday evening, Fluke had more than 15,000 Twitter followers.
Fluke, a Georgetown University law student, had testified during an unofficial Democratic committee hearing about how a friend had been unable to pay for the birth control needed to shrink ovarian cysts and help preserve her fertility. Fluke had been previously blocked from testifying before a Republican-led, all-male congressional panel on contraception and religious freedom.
For his part, Limbaugh argued Friday on his radio show that “Republicans don't hate women, are not at war with women, and never have been. It's absolutely absurd.” He expressed surprise that many considered him a danger to women. “At the end of the week, I am the person that the women of America are to fear the most?” he asked listeners. “What can I do to the women of America?”
Galvanize them, perhaps. On its website Friday, The Feminist Majority Foundation launched a pledge drive entitled “”Stand with Sandra.” Eleanor Smeal, president of the nonprofit organization and a former president of the National Organization for Women, called Limbaugh’s comments “nothing more than name calling and trying to distort the issue."
Even if women wanted to respond in kind to Limbaugh, Smeal told msnbc.com, there aren't nearly as many loaded words for men as those so often casually used for defiant women.
Janet Hyde, the Helen Thompson Woolley Professor of Psychology and Women’s Studies at the University of Wisconsin, Madison, says such name-calling “is a method for exerting power and control over women.”
If that was Limbaugh’s goal, Friday’s tweets suggest he failed. “I'd love to know what Limbaugh’s wife thinks about his recent tirade,” one woman wrote. “I bet she's too busy holding aspirin between her knees to comment.”
Limbaugh’s call for the posting of videotapes of women who use birth control went beyond sticks and stones, though, says Kathi Miner, an assistant professor of psychology and women’s and gender studies at Texas A&M University, who described the notion as “a form of sexual violence.”
The president of Georgetown, a Catholic Jesuit institution, defended Fluke’s right to express her views without fear of attack. “This expression of conscience was in the tradition of the deepest values we share as a people,” John DeGioia wrote in a letter posted on the university’s website. “One need not agree with her substantive position to support her right to respectful free expression.”
And yet, DeGioia said, citing Limbaugh, some people who disagreed with Fluke’s position “responded with behavior that can only be described as misogynistic, vitriolic, and a misrepresentation of the position of our student.”
Being a woman I'm offended by him. He has the right to say whatever he wants but I have the right to call him out on his remarks. FUCK YOU RUSH LIMBAUGH!
Rush looks like the type who needs Viagra and a Playgirl magazine to get an erection. I do encourage everyone to contact his show's sponsors to complain. It may get him off the air like it did for Glenn Beck at FOX.
