Sarah Palin you do not speak for me, EVAH!

From Skanky's Fecebook page

Grant me this use of America's voice:
When you cut through all the “inside baseball” stuff in this Omnibus Spending Bill that's in front of Congress, you're left with two cold hard facts: this bill doesn't defund Obama's amnesty (so he gets to reward lawbreakers with your tax dollars) and it adds to our dangerous, unsustainable debt. It also breaks campaign promises made by quite a few of our incumbent politicians on both sides of the aisle. Hey, if you thought we wanted more of the same as we worked our butts off to get good folks elected in November, then why did we vote to oust liberals who got America into this mess in the first place? Guess what, GOP: our victory party is over and voters are wide awake and trusting you to keep your promises to America. Get a handle on your debt. Stop Obama's amnesty to illegal aliens. Support our military. Bottom line: we elected you to stop Obama's “fundamental transformation of America.” Do it – especially you Republicans who promised to do it. Or face America's wrath next go 'round because an elephant never forgets.

Some more on what the solution is: http://www.politico.com/story/2014/09/mitch-mcconnell-ted-cruz-lame-duck-session-111017.html

GOP leaders already going wobbly, hoping us peons won't notice: http://www.breitbart.com/Big-Government/2014/12/09/GOP-Whip-Steve-Scalise-Comes-Under-Fire-For-Supporting-Obama-s-Executive-Amnesty-Via-Omnibus-Backing

Sarah you worthless sack of shit you do not speak for me EVER!  I am a real American, you are not.

President Obama has not fundamentally transformed America.  If anyone has it is Dumbya, Dickhead Cheney and their cohorts in the CIA.  Thanks to them America is now viewed as a bunch of torture loving heathens.  So go fuck yourself cunt.

Hypocritical Sarah Palin

From Hoo-hah's Fecebook page

Thank you, wise voters! Tonight is a big victory for We the People! Credit is due to the victorious candidates. Your message to President Obama is undeniably received, though he'll try to ignore it.

Now, new Republican Congressional majority in the House and Senate, please realize that Americans were not necessarily voting FOR any party; they were voting AGAINST the continued dysfunction and corruption in D.C. We the People were saying, “enough is enough” to the scandals, crony capitalism, and utter lack of leadership in Washington.

The Democrats got mauled today, deservedly so. To prohibit that from happening to the GOP in 2016, it must learn the lesson from the last time Republicans held the Senate majority. This time they must not retreat, and it's our responsibility to hold them accountable. Will they fight for reform that aligns with the limited government planks of the Republican platform, or will they return to the big government cronyism and status quo favored by the permanent political class? Will they drain the swamp or decide the D.C. cesspool is really just a jacuzzi they can't wait to jump on into and shake us off?

If GOP leadership returns to business as usual, then this majority will be short lived, for We the People say, “once bitten, twice shy.”

So, establishment types, remember that you didn’t build this! This majority that swept you into power tonight is thanks to the rank and file commonsense conservative grassroots. That’s who built it. And they expect results. They deserve the best for America.

Thank you, SarahPAC supporters. Congratulations, USA! God, please bless our future.

As you can read Sarah is rubbing it in.  Didn't she whine about sore winners last spring when one of her endorsees went down?

Why yes she did.

And Sarah I wouldn't brag too much, Sean Parnell could still lose, yes you didn't endorse him but he is still your butt boy.

The Republican party is to blame for the Ebola virus

From Tea Party

(Newsmax) – President Barack Obama is to blame for the arrival of the first case of Ebola in New York City because of his persistent refusal to ban incoming flights from West Africa, Republicans say.
The reaction comes one day after an American doctor, Craig Spencer, was diagnosed with the virus after returning from Guinea, where he was providing care for patients afflicted by the outbreak.
“This was avoidable. President Obama and Governor Cuomo left JFK airport open to passengers arriving from Ebola-stricken nations even though they knew the likelihood of an Ebola case arriving here was great. Somehow political correctness was deemed more important than public safety,” said New York Republican gubernatorial candidate Rob Astorino, according to USA Today.
Sorry Teabagggers that's not true!

If the GOP hadn't blocked President Obama's pick for Surgeon General and cut funding to HHS we wouldn't be in this situation.

Bristol Palin is the pathetic one

From Brancy's blog,  not gonna put a link to it cuz the cow doesn't need any more visits to her blog.

If you aren’t paying attention to Texas politics right now, join the crowd.  But the Democrat running for governor is just so awful you have to pay attention.  Wendy Davis rose to the top of everyone’s minds because her story was so compelling.  This CNN headline summed it up:

CNN: Wendy Davis: From Teen Mom to Harvard Law to Famous Filibuster

Turns out, she lied about much of her “pulling herself up by her own bootstraps” story. Actually, she found a man to marry her, pay her way through college, and then through Harvard Law School.  The day after he paid the last bill, she left him. By the way, she left her kids too.  She said, “it’s not a good time for me right now” to be a parent.
Is everyone paying attention?  This woman is the hero of the Left?  A woman whose ambition and ego were so big she couldn’t have both a career and kids at the same time.
Gosh, children are sooo inconvenient, huh?  I’m glad my mother didn’t put motherhood on the shelf when she was elected to City Council, then became our mayor, then Governor.  Oh sorry – I mentioned my mother… Have you liberals gone into a tail spin of hate already?  Did I lose you?
I know you would rather think about Wendy Davis, so let’s get back to her.  She’s more your type of woman.  She left her kid, husband, made it into a false “made-for-tv-movie-type-tale” and then demanded that Texans have the right to kill babies.  That’s the woman you libs can really get behind!

Let me be clear. I think it’d be so nice to have a husband take care of me, and my son, so I could attend school.  (Any school — let alone, Harvard!)
But the way Wendy Davis did it – by getting married and leaving him as soon as the ink dried on his last check – is downright pathetic.
Plus, it perfectly shows that – no matter what they say – feminism is a farce.  If you truly believe in strong, independent women, you’d be a conservative.

First of all Butthole (yes that is my new nickname for you)

Shut the fuck up!

I'm sure a lot of things Wendy said and did were taken out of context, like you like to do.

Wendy may not be perfect, but she does not run on a family values platform like your mommy and her ilk do.

Your mother cheated on your father, had at least one child by a different man.

She bounced around from college to college to get her degree.

She bashes the father of your son, and the father of our cousins

Your mother grifts, stars in reality shows, and makes incendiary comments about the president.

Your mother's parenting skills are 0, and I have a post tomorrow devoted to that.

Your mother supported Newt Gingrich, twice divorced serial adulterer and Herman Cain another adulterer.

She also pals around with the guy to her left, Dinesh D’Souza, who was fired as president of Kings College for adultery at a conference.

Wendy and her ex-husband actually get along, your parents throw canned goods at each other.

Wendy's husband is an accomplished lawyer, your father Todd runs a hooker ring, drives snowmobiles,  grifts, and stars on unreality shows.

Wendy and Jeff's kids came from a broken home but they are much more stable than you and your sibs are.

The Davis kids are actually going to college, you and your sibs are high school dropouts.

While Wendy was in grad school she volunteered at an AIDS clinic, maybe she ran into your pimp daddy who came there as a patient.

It is official, Bristol is just as bad as her mother.

Final thoughts on the 2012 Election and campaign

Voters in Minnesota District 6 may be starting to wake up a bit.  Michele Bachmann was re-elected by the skin of her teeth.  Washington County which is in District 6 even voted for Obama and Anoka County voted for Romney 50%-48%

Mitt Romney is so arrogant he never even wrote up a concession speech.   He thought he was appointed by God to be president.  Newsflash Mitty...God chose Barack Obama the alleged Kenyan Muslim instead.

I would have loved to have be a fly on the wall when Mitt got back to one of his mansions today.

Sarah Palin was a non-factor in this election.  Most of the people she endorsed with the exception of Debbie Fischer lost.

Speaking of Sarah Palin, the Tea Party is officially dead.

The Rape Team is officially dead as well.  Aikin, Mourdock,West, Rivard, and King all got their asses handed to them.  Paul Ryan still kept his house seat but at least he won't be in the White House.

Best part of the whole campaign:

Even in Minnesota the Democrats got the majority back in the legislature.  The voters remembered the debacle of 2011.  Unfortunately my state senator was re-elected.  He is backed by his daddy's big business buddies.  Grrr.

Marriage amendments went pretty well to.  Here in Minnesota the amendment to define marriage as one man one woman failed.  Even better was the voter ID amendment which failed.  While requiring an ID to vote looks good on paper, many people like the elderly don't have a license.  The state would pay for ID cards but to get one you would need your birth certificate which costs money.

2016 Election is four years away but it's never too early to talk about it.  Hillary Clinton and Joe Biden have mentioned as possible contenders, but I do not see that happening.  I think Hillary is done after 2013.  Not many people serve as Secretary of State for more than one term, the exception being Cordell Hull who was FDR's SOS from 1933-1944.  The job is stressful and requires a lot of traveling.  While I love Joe to death, I'm not sure if I could support him.  Joe will be 73 years old by January 20, 2017 and I remember making an issue of John McCain being 72 back in 2008.  I think of Ronald Reagan and all the goofy stuff he did while in office.  He was in his 70's all of his presidency.  Even his son has admitted that Reagan had Alzheimers while in office.

I like a Brian Schweitzer-Martin O'Malley ticket.  Brian would appeal to Blue Dog Democrats and independent conservatives as he is a rancher and farmer from Montana and opposes gun control.  He is also the father of a special needs son and favors single payer health care.  O'Malley being from Maryland would appeal to the Eastern Liberal contingent.  He favors same-sex marriage even though he is Catholic.  Schweitzer/O'Malley or O'Malley/Schweitzer would be good, but I may change my mind a few years from now, so we'll see what happens.

Other possible contenders:

Elizabeth Warren.  I don't see her being a contender in 2016.  Not much experience and she would only be in her first term as a senator.

Amy Klobuchar.  Amy has done a terrific job representing Minnesota as a Senator.  But she is not well known outside of the state and most of her bills have been consumer-related and nothing meaty like taxes and foreign policy.  She has proven that she can reach across the aisle, which would help her.  There was talk about her being a possible Supreme Court judge back in 2009.

Andrew Cuomo.  Andrew has executive experience being governor like Schweitzer and O'Malley.  He also has name recognition.  How he handles the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy will be a big test for him.

As for the GOP, they are a mess.  A hot, huge, mess.  If there is a standard bearer now it would have to be Chris Christie.  Romney has burned his bridges left and right and Ryan will never get the stench of Romney off of him.  I can see Christie being the Republican nominee 4 years from now and Rick Santorum his running mate.

Shots fired at Obama campaign headquarters in Denver

From NBC News

Denver police were looking for a person who shot at a campaign office for President Barack Obama on Friday, NBC station KUSA reported.

Police say there were people inside the office at the time of the 3 p.m. shooting, but no one was hit.

A single bullet struck the office and broke the window, Detective Raquel Lopez, Denver police spokesperson, told NBC News. But detectives could not confirm that the shot was fired with the intent to hit the office.

Detectives were still investigating the intent of the shot. They were looking into the possibility the shot was fired from a vehicle.

Police were reviewing surveillance video for possible leads, KUSA reported. Investigators said they have a "vehicle of interest" and are interviewing witnesses.  A campaign official confirmed the incident but referred questions to the Denver police.

Has Sharron Angle been in Denver the past 24 hours?

Seriously though ever since President Obama took office, threats have at least doubled, and hate groups are forming at a rapid pace.  This is proof of that.

It's quite ironic because President Obama hasn't tried to ban guns.  Hell he even signed a law allowing people to take guns into national parks.

I'm sure Mitt Romney, Paul Ryan, and Sarah Palin approve of this.

Since President Obama took office threats against Democrats have increased

A coffin was placed in front of Missouri Rep Russ Carnahan's house

New York Rep Louise Slaughter received a phone message threatening sniper attacks against lawmakers and their families. A brick was thrown through her office window in Niagara Falls.

Arizona Rep Gabby Giffords office was vandalized, then she was nearly assassinated several months later.

Virginia Rep Tom Perriello's brother had a propane line from a grill cut.

Michigan Rep Bart Stupak received several threatening phone calls.

Then there was this:

Minnesota Rep Betty McCollum received a death threat her proposal to strip Pentagon sponsorship from NASCAR teams.

The difference between Democrats and Republicans

Democrats are inspiring:

Republicans are senile octogenrians:

Democrat Ex-Governors are articulate and don't quit halfway through their first term:

Republican Ex-Governors whine and quit halfway through their first term:

Democrat VP Nominees have no problem with fact-checking

Republican VP Nominees lie through their teeth:

Democrat First Ladies are awesome!

Republican First Lady wanabees are bitches:

Democrat Presidential Nominees release their tax returns and look out for the 99%!

Republican Nominees for President hide their money and only look out for the 1%:

Former Democrat Presidents are also damn awesome!

Former Republican Presidents are nowhere to be found

Breaking News-the Minnesota budget stalemate is over

From MSNBC.com

Minnesota Gov. Mark Dayton and top Republicans agreed Thursday to end a budget impasse that prompted the longest state government shutdown in recent history, after the Democratic governor surrendered on raising taxes.
Dayton said the state government would be back in business "very soon," but he didn't say exactly when.
The deal to erase a $5 billion deficit came after a big sacrifice from Dayton, who made new income taxes a central campaign message last year and the centerpiece of his budget. He dropped that and said he would accept — with conditions — an offer the GOP put forward on the eve of the shutdown to bring about $1.4 billion into the budget by delaying payments to schools and selling tobacco payment bonds.

Republicans agreed to his conditions, which included relinquishing a list of policy changes such as banning state aid for stem cell research and a plan to cut the state workforce by 15 percent.

They conceded to higher state spending than they had wanted. Republican lawmakers spent months insisting that the two-year budget be capped at $34 billion, the amount the state was projected to collect without new sources of money. Instead, it will be closer to $35.4 billion.

The deal — if approved by lawmakers — would end a government interruption that has lasted two weeks and isn't over yet.

Dayton announced the deal outside his office with House Speaker Kurt Zellers and Senate Majority Leader Amy Koch after a three-hour negotiating session. The somber looks on their faces testified to a hard bargain.

"We're on a fast-track to getting this resolved permanently," Dayton said.

Speaking to reporters outside the governor's office, Dayton said the shutdown would be done “very soon, within days,” The Star Tribune reported.

"It was about making sure that we get a deal that we can all be disappointed in, but a deal that is done, a budget that was balanced, a state that was back to work," Zellers said.

"Nobody is going to be happy with this, which is the essence of real compromise," Dayton said.

The deal is contingent on approval by the Legislature, no easy task after an election in which a more conservative Republican caucus took power. But Koch said she believed rank-and-file legislators would approve it.

Dayton didn't say when he will call a special legislative session to pass a budget but indicated it would be within days. He said a stopgap funding measure won't be necessary because the two sides will agree on and pass bills setting a new two-year budget.

Yet many of the deal's details remained murky, including exactly what will be cut from planned spending.

The shutdown has idled 22,000 state employees, closed state parks and rest stops and cut off funding to many social services. It has cost the state millions in the cost of preparing for the shutdown and in lost revenue since then. The interruption has also prevented entrepreneurs and professionals from getting state licenses.

The latest licensing snag threatens to stop the sale of Miller, Coors and other popular beers in the state within days.

Payments by the state to schools and local governments have continued, and a court has taken some of the pressure off by restarting the flow of cash to programs ranging from child care assistance to home meal services for the elderly.

The governor sounded weary earlier Thursday when he told a University of Minnesota audience in Minneapolis that he would embrace the GOP proposal. He said people he met as he traveled around the state had this clear message: End the shutdown.

"They want this resolved, and they don't even care how. I care how," Dayton said.

The deal is contingent on approval by the Legislature, no easy task after an election in which a more conservative Republican caucus took power. Koch and Zellers said they believed rank-and-file legislators would approve it. Republicans hold narrow majorities in both chambers, and Democratic minority leaders weren't in on the deal-making.

"Certainly we're not doing any end zone dances," said Rep. Mike Benson, a freshman Republican from Rochester. "Realistically there are some things that are going to go down hard. Sounds to me we're kicking the can down the road a little bit with the education shift, but we're not raising taxes."

Democratic House Minority Leader Paul Thissen said in a statement that it would be up to Republicans to pass the compromise.

Unions, and some Democrats, sharply criticized the plan as irresponsible for borrowing against future revenue.

"More debt and more borrowing only make this bad situation worse," state Rep. Ryan Winkler, a Democrat from Golden Valley, said in a statement. Winkler said the delay in school funding, which has become a regular part of Minnesota's budget balancing, would "mortgage our children's future."

"Some of what we have been working for has been set back years today," said Rev. Grant Stevensen, who heads a coalition of Twin Cities congregations focused on social justice issues and said he was disappointed that Dayton dropped his call to raise taxes on top earners.

Outside the Capitol, there was frustration that the impasse went far enough to close government.

"I guarantee I lost some business out of it," said Jim Berg, who owns a 13-cabin resort in Crosslake and was hurt by the suspension of fishing licenses in the shutdown.

Berg said he's not sure whether the settlement comes soon enough for him to salvage the rest of the summer.
"Only time's going to tell that," he said.

Although I'm not happy Gov. Dayton had to make alot of concessions, I will give him credit for compromising, something the Republicunts won't do.  I have to admit this deal is horrible, it just increases more cutting into the future.  We need to balance the budget now.   As a Minnesotan I am glad the government will be back to work soon, hopefully I can get my property tax rebate by Aug 12 so I don't have to dip into my savings for vacation.
