I admit 19 Kids and Counting is a guilty pleasure of mine. That and this blog.
Anyway Tuesday night I was watching it and the Duggar family went to Japan and Asia for their vacation. I was treated to Jim Bob acting like a dumb American tourist asking everyone if they spoke English. Learn the fucking language Boob! Also the howlers (youngest boys) displayed their worst manners, Jinger rolled her eyes all the time and Joy looked miserable.
While the family was in China one of the crew went into labor 5 weeks early. She delivered a baby girl. Jill and Jana helped deliver it. After baby Leah was born she was put in the NICU for three days and her parents were not allowed to see her.
Now China isn't exactly the place where I would want to deliver a baby. Why did the pregnant woman travel that far that late in her pregnancy? Is she trying to imitate Sarah Palin or something?
I'm surprised in China they would not let the parents see a preemie baby for three days after birth. China isn't exactly known for human care and compassion.
If they did that in the US, then Sarah would not have been allowed to bring Trig to work three days after he was born. So the Wild Ride would have been totally discredited.
