Sarah Palin going to South Korea Could she even find it on a map?
From Business Insider
On the heels of yesterday's Iowa mixup comes news that Sarah Palin is heading to South Korea next month to speak at an economic forum — on the same day as a Republican primary debate.
The former Alaska Governor is scheduled to attend the World Knowledge Forum in Seoul, where she will speak alongside global economic leaders like Larry Summers and former British Prime Minister Gordon Brown. The conference begins Oct. 11, the same day as the GOP primary debate hosted by Bloomberg in Hanover, New Hampshire.
The scheduling appears to confirm the widely-held conviction that Palin is not running for president. The 2008 Republican vice presidential nominee has indicated that she will decide by the end of September whether she will seek the party's 2012 presidential nomination.
Ben Smith points out that, technically, Palin could attend the debate, hop on the 14-hour flight to Korea, which is 13 hours behind the East Coast, and make it to the conference on time. That seems unlikely, but given Palin's penchant for scheduling chaos, nothing is out of the realm of possibility.
I thought Sarah didn't like Asians. Hmmmm
