Nope Levi and Bristol have not called a truce
From Radar Online
Bristol Palin and Levi Johnston have been battling for nearly six years over custody and child support for their son, Tripp. But RadarOnline.com has learned that there could be an end in sight: The Alaska couple have agreed to attempt to settle their differences outside of the courtroom, in a mediated settlement conference.
According to court papers filed in Alaska on July 17 and obtained by Radar, Palin and Johnston “have recently discussed a potentially judicially mediated settlement … In order to focus efforts (and attorney fees) toward resolution…”
No date has been set, according to the documents, but they agreed to notify the court of “any outcome of the settlement conference . . . no later than 9/30/14.”
In the meantime, the former couple has asked the court to stay all scheduled evidentiary hearings pending the outcome of their conference.
As Radar has reported, Johnston and Palin have been battling over his court-ordered child support payments, with both sides disagreeing on the amount owed, and some alleged totals topping $60,000. Palin could be especially keen to cut a deal now, since court records show that she made no income for nearly two years after stepping out of the spotlight to pursue her education at cosmetology school in Arizona.
Rumor has it Tripp is back in Arizona. Did Levi give permission for that? I doubt it.
And contrary to what Radar Online says, there is no truce.
LIAR!
From E Online
Court documents filed by Levi Johnston, her ex-boyfriend and father of her son Tripp, put Bristol's earnings for the 2013 income tax period and so far in 2014 at exactly $0, which would indicate that she's running low on funds.
But can that be right?
Well, according to Bristol's legal camp, that's not at all right.
"The documents that were filed with the court that purportedly show Bristol making $0 in 2013 and 2014 tax years were not prepared or filed by Bristol and (at least as to Bristol's income) are not accurate," a Palin family attorney said in an exclusive statement to E! News.
"The documents, known as 90.3 affidavits, were prepared exclusively by Mr. Johnston to support his opposition to Bristol's motion for past child support. It is common for a parent to put zeroes in the other parent's side of a 90.3 affidavit because each party has an independent obligation to provide only their information to the court."
Calls to Johnston's lawyer for comment have not yet been returned. Radar Online was first to report on the documents, which were filed July 24.
An attorney for Bristol's ex had called her request for back child support, from Oct. 1, 2012, and an at $1,750 a month, "an extraordinarily large motion."
Per Levi's filing, he has made $62,400 this year so far and pulled in $39,067.25 last year.
Bristol's lawyer also tells E! News: "The motion for past due support was necessitated because Mr. Johnston has taken the position that, absent a court order that he recognizes as valid, he does not have an obligation to financially support his child. The documents he filed recently confirm that Mr. Johnston has not voluntarily paid child support since 2010. His more recent 'payments' are only from involuntary [Child Support Services Department] garnishments of his wages and his IRS refund.
"Bristol makes a good living, albeit not as much as when she had a more public profile. Because she has greater than 70 percent physical custody, her income is not used in the calculation of child support. The motion for past due support was not filed because Bristol is broke, it was filed because the parties are moving toward resolution. Part of the resolution of any custody case requires that past child support obligations and arrearages must be appropriately calculated."
Here's to resolution!
Tripp, whom Bristol was pregnant with when mom Sarah Palin was the GOP vice-presidential candidate in 2008, is now 5 1/2.
Johnston has also since welcomed daughter Breeze Beretta with wife Sunny Oglesby and they are expecting their second child together.
The part where Butthole's lawyers said Levi has not voluntarily paid child support are bullshit. He has gone to her house with checks only to find her not at home. He also has cancelled checks to prove he isn't in arrears.
Levi needs at least 50% physical custody, it would benefit him financially and emotionally and Tripp emotionally.
Radar Online is the only media outlet still friendly to the Palins, now that TMZ threw them under the bus. Of course RO is going to twist things around. It is just like the Palins to play one against the other.
FUCK YOU BUTTHOLE AND YOUR MOTHER!
Levi and Bristol will not be in court today
According to Court View their case has been rescheduled to September 8 which will be a settlement hearing. They were originally supposed to be in court today with an open hearing. The settlement hearing is closed to the public which is what the Palins wanted anyway.
Levi whatever you do don't back down!
Definition of a real deadbeat parent
And Florida troll don't bother commenting because I will just delete it. I also have your IP addresses too.
Welcome home Tripp Johnston!
Sunny posted this on Facebook. Here he is will his little sis Breeze.
Note the tan. You can't get that during the winter in AK unless you have a tanning bed.
Look how happy he is. His smile seems more real than the one in this picture, don't you think?
By the way this is a very inappropriate picture to put on Facebook. Tripp shirtless. Guess Butthole doesn't care about pedophiles.
I hope and pray Levi wins his custody case which is coming up soon.
Levi Johnston is now suing for FULL custody of Tripp
From TMZ
Levi Johnston believes Bristol Palin is a TERRIBLE PARENT -- and the proof is in her reality show ... in which she lets their son Tripp run wild, talk back, curse, and show no respect to his elders ... so he's decided to take action ... and seek full custody.
In case you're like most of the country, and haven't been watching Bristol's new reality show "Life's a Tripp" -- her and Levi's son has been a little ball of trouble ... and in one recent episode, even called his aunt Willow the f-word.
During the same episode, Bristol admits, "I'm doing a terrible job disciplining Tripp."
Now, Levi's had enough -- telling TMZ, he's been watching the show and is "disgusted" by his son's language and behavior. Levi says his son is on a "downward spiral" and getting "no real parenting."
Levi tells us, Tripp "deserves a better family" than what Bristol and the rest of the Palins are providing -- adding, "I love my son more than anything .. and I will do whatever it takes to make sure he is raised the right way."
To ensure that happens, Levi dropped by the courthouse in Wasilla, Alaska this week to pick up all the necessary paperwork to obtain full custody of Tripp -- and he plans to file it ASAP.
Calls to Bristol were not returned.
I have to make one correction in this article. The courthouse is in Palmer, not Wasilla.
Anyways I think Levi has a very good case. I outlined all the reasons why Bristol is a bad mother yesterday.
And Levi has a job now as an electrician so he has some money and his lawyer may be working pro-bono. However I think Levi should set up a legal defense fund. If Sarah Palin and George Zimmerman can do it why can't he?
Good luck Levi!
