Primary day in Kansas is this week, one of Sarah's endorsees is

Ted Nugent has endorsed Kris Kobach for re-election as secretary of state.

The rocker, famous for such hits as “Cat Scratch Fever” and “Wango Tango,” posted a Facebook message Wednesday, urging his fans to donate to Kobach’s campaign.

The message praises Kobach as a brave warrior fighting on the front lines against “enemies of America,” a group that according to Nugent includes President Barack Obama and his supporters.

“I swear to God we the people damn well better get crackin & support the few brave warriors who stand with us & the US Constitution & Bill of Rights ABSOLUTELY everytime! Kris Kobach is our ass kickin BloodBrother & on the frontlines taking on the America hating ObamaGang at every turn,” Nugent wrote. “Please help Kansas Secretary of State Kris Kobach drop a ‘money bomb’ on Facebook! We may not live in KS, but Kris takes our fight directly to the enemies of America everyday!”

Kobach said he was honored by the praise in a phone call on Friday.

“I’m honored to have Ted’s support. He’s a friend and a hunting colleague,” he said. “And, you know, I hope that there’s Americans across the country who share our vote for the right to keep and bear arms who will contribute.”

Nugent, an outspoken supporter of gun rights and other conservative causes, has caused controversy in the past with his statements about Obama. In 2007, Nugent suggested during a concert that Obama, at that point a senator and candidate for president, “suck on my machine gun.”

Kobach said Nugent “expresses his opinions forcefully. It’s just the way he is. And he’s a real patriot and has become a national leader in the defense of our right to keep and bear arms. He doesn’t run his comments by me for editing before he expresses them, nor should he.”

Nugent posted a photograph of him and Kobach at the bottom of his message. Kobach has his hand on Nugent’s shoulder; Nugent is holding a machine gun.

The photo was taken when Kobach helped on a campaign to make it legal to hunt wild hogs from helicopters in Texas in 2011.

Scott Morgan, Kobach’s opponent in the Aug. 5 Republican primary, sent out a release Thursday in which he said the post was evidence that Kobach lives in “a bizarro world detached from reality.”

“The self-appointed Guardian of State Sovereignty needs to stop shooting pigs from helicopters in Texas with Ted Nugent and start focusing on his job in Kansas,” Morgan said. “In what parallel universe does this happen that you have Ted Nugent say ‘Here’s a picture of us hunting hogs together in Texas just before we rallied to legalize helicopter pig hunting! Yes, Kris & I did that!!’?”
Kobach said he is sometimes asked by officials and activists in other states to help on an issue and if he has time apart from his official schedule he is happy to do so. He said that Morgan likely does not understand the extent of damage caused by wild hogs in Texas.

“In the Texas case, it was a no-brainer. Texans asked me for help to address this crisis and it would only take me a few hours to help them, and what good American would say no?” Kobach said.

Nugent provides his fans with a link to Kobach’s campaign website and recommends a donation of $17 or $76.

“The Leftists and commies are working overtime to defeat him in this year’s election. Let’s help him reload so he can keep up the fight! Please make a contribution of $17, or $76 (as in 1776),” he said.

Speaking of Ted, he is suffering backlash now:

Ted Nugent continues to shed concert dates, with the controversial rocker seeing two more scheduled shows get axed in the wake of racially-charged comments made earlier this year, including calling President Barack Obama a “subhuman mongrel.”

The concerts, originally set for Aug. 2-3 at the Emerald Queen Casino in Tacoma, Wash., were scuttled after members of the Puyallup Tribe (which runs the casino) made unspecified “threats” in regards to the Nuge’s booking, due to his public statements.

Texas, it starts with you!

2014 is here. The choices are becoming clearer, and the battle lines are being drawn. The GOP Beltway crowd has convinced itself that the way to maintain or retake the majority is through compromise and capitulation on important issues like amnesty, Obamacare, and the ever-increasing federal debt. They think that by making deals with a deeply unpopular and divisive incumbent president on issues that Americans oppose, they’ll somehow endear themselves to voters.

Enough is enough. The permanent political class in D.C. won’t listen. So, let’s start putting our efforts behind good new candidates who will go to Washington not to line their own pockets, but to help restore our country. It’s time to put inspiration, ingenuity, and integrity over incumbency in the GOP.

Let’s start in Texas. The lines couldn’t be clearer. Katrina Pierson is an emerging leader and important voice for the future of the grassroots conservative movement. Her life’s story is full of hardships she has fought to overcome, which taught her firsthand the importance of self-reliance, hard work, and the blessings of liberty.

A feisty fighter for freedom, Katrina is taking on a powerful incumbent who has so lost touch with the people of his district that he’s not even bothering to spend much time in Texas anymore. It’s not only his district he’s lost touch with, but also the issues important to the voters there. He used his powerful position to oppose the movement to defund Obamacare, has voted to raise the debt ceiling, and has been an advocate for the NSA intrusion into our freedoms. When asked about Katrina’s primary challenge, he said, “these things happen.” Yes, they do. We all know what happens when we come together to support a good candidate like Katrina – the permanent political class loses and We the People win! We win by electing a fighter we can depend on like Katrina Pierson. Ted Cruz calls Katrina “an utterly fearless principled conservative.” He should know. Katrina was among the conservative grassroots warriors in Texas who worked tirelessly to elect Senator Cruz.

Early voting started yesterday, Texas. Get out now and vote for Katrina. Send a message to the GOP elites on behalf of Katrina, just like you did for Ted Cruz in 2012.

And while you are out there voting for Katrina, check the box for another good conservative – Greg Abbott for Governor of Texas. Like Katrina, Greg has overcome many personal obstacles and challenges, which have made him a believer in the power of liberty and the need to defend our freedoms from the overreach of an out-of-control federal government. If he is good enough for Ted Nugent, he is good enough for me!

Let's start with her endorsement of Greg Abbott first. He is endorsed by a one Theodore Nugent who has done the following:

Slept with underage girls
Crapped his pants to avoid being drafted
Called Hillary Clinton a cunt
Called the sitting president of the United States a subhuman mongrel
Lied about helping the DEA, ATF, US Marshalls and FBI conduct raids
Defended George Zimmerman and called Trayvon Martin a “dope smoking, racist gangsta wannabe.”
Said people who hate him hate freedom
Shot a bear illegally in Alaska
Said if President Obama was reelected that he would be dead or in jail.

Now lets move on to Katrina Pierson:

On and off the campaign trail, congressional candidate Katrina Pierson sometimes discusses the hardscrabble background that she says ultimately made her a conservative firebrand.

The troubles in her youth, records show, included an arrest for shoplifting.

In 1997, five days before her 21st birthday, Katrina Pierson, then named Katrina Lanette Shaddix, was arrested on a charge of theft of greater than $50 and less than $500.

Pierson, who is running against Dallas Rep. Pete Sessions in the March 4 Republican primary, acknowledges the mistake. She told police then, and repeated recently, that she was talked into shoplifting by a friend.

“Like an idiot, I went along for the ride,” Pierson said in a recent interview.
She and the other woman were accused of trying to lift nine pieces of women’s clothing from a J.C.

Penney store in Plano. They stuffed the clothes into shoe boxes in a clumsy, failed heist.
According to a Plano police report, Pierson said she and the woman with her, Laura Elizabeth
Nelson, told police they needed the clothes for jobs they were trying to obtain.

Pierson told police she was “scared at first and did not want to go through with it.”

Pierson exited the store with four items of clothing in a shoe box inside her shopping bag. They were valued at $168. The report said Pierson had her young son with her when the incident occurred.
She was booked into the Plano City Jail. She eventually pleaded no contest to the charges and received deferred adjudication.

“That’s what the attorney guy told me to do,” she said. “My defense was as good as I could afford.”
Pierson, a tea party leader from Garland, said she knew her background would be open for scrutiny if she decided to take on Sessions, the powerful incumbent.

Pierson says the incident helped turn her life around, showing her that mistakes often come with consequences.

And the 37-year-old says the shoplifting charge was nothing compared with what could have happened in her life.

Pierson says she was born to a 15-year-old mother and grew up exposed to the wrong crowd, folks involved in gangs and other unsavory activities. An early marriage lasted just three months.
“I’m surprised I made it out,” Pierson said.

Pierson said Sessions’ supporters are mounting a smear campaign, but added that she has nothing to hide.

A Sessions spokesman declined to comment on the arrest. Sessions has said he’s never been arrested.

Pierson says she’s willing to discuss her shoplifting charge, and other issues, with Sessions, chiding her opponent for refusing to consent to a public debate before the primary.

“Why don’t we both meet up in a public forum and talk about it?” she said.

Worried about the legacy of the Founding Fathers of the United States of America, Ted Nugent is now pondering whether the world would have been better off had the Confederate States, which fought to sever the union, been victorious in the Civil War.

The Detroit-born rocker and outspoken conservative activist writes in a new op-ed for The Washington Times of his fundamental fear of what he calls "Fedzilla," or a government with a social safety net. Triggered by Chief Justice John Roberts voting to uphold President Obama's Affordable Care Act -- but calling the mandate to buy insurance a tax instead of a penalty -- Nugent says, "Because our legislative, judicial and executive branches of government hold the 10th Amendment in contempt, I’m beginning to wonder if it would have been best had the South won the Civil War. Our Founding Fathers’ concept of limited government is dead."

A longtime critic of the president -- he received a visit from the Secret Service after making allusions to beheading Obama and members of his administration while at an NRA convention in April -- Nugent blasts Medicare, Social Security and Medicaid as parts of what he calls a full-on socialist state.
"Our entitlement programs have bankrupted America," Nugent writes. "We have dug a financial crater so deep that many doubt we can ever climb out. With his vote, Chief Justice Roberts didn’t give Fedzilla an even bigger shovel, he gave Fedzilla an earth mover with which to dig bigger financial holes."
He then adds, "The president should have Chief Justice Roberts over for dinner, give him a ride on Air Force One and apologize for not voting for him during his confirmation hearings. It’s the least the community-organizer-in-chief can do for the turncoat chief justice who saved the president’s socialist health care program."

Nugent endorsed Rick Perry for the GOP nomination for president this winter, before later throwing his support to Mitt Romney.

Ted if you don't like it here move to IRAN! Very conservative form of government over there which is based on Sharia law a faith based form. Women have no rights and gays are executed which is what you want anyway.

John Roberts should be apologizing to President Obama for siding with Citizens United and flubbing up the oath at the inauguration, not the other way around. And Ted you should be pissed off at George Dumbya Bush for appointing Roberts to the Supreme Court.

Ted and Sarah are such vile, hateful, disgusting people it makes me wonder if Bristol and Willow are Ted's bastard love children.

From MSNBC.com There was no moderation in Ted Nugent’s first interview since his Secret Service investigation, as the rocker, in seconds, switched from unruffled discourse to expletive-ridden rage when asked about his recent political rhetoric. In a sit-down interview with the "CBS Morning Show" on Friday, set at the musician’s ranch in Texas, Nugent met with journalist Jeff Glor in, what began as, a calm back-and-forth discussion about allegations he had threatened President Obama, and the Secret Service inquiry that ensued.

“I feel sorry for liberals who can be that brain-dead to take a clear statement of fear on my part and turn it into a threat on somebody else,” Nugent told Glor. “I don’t think their [Secret Service] concern was that I threatened someone, I think their concern is that someone claimed I threatened someone. In fact, I got to tell you, and I don’t mean to put any professionals on the spot, but -- and I don’t have the greatest hearing in the world -- but I thought I heard something to the point of, ‘I didn’t think so.’”

Nugent described his “35-40 minute” meeting with the government officials in Oklahoma as “adorable,” and said he told the officials they were “responding to complete idiots,” and that “you should be investigating them.”

Moments later, Glor talked briefly with Nugent about his spread in the April headlines, referring to it as “one of the more interesting months you’ve ever had,” though Nugent felt otherwise. The reporter further probed the Republican activist about his support of the Romney campaign, whether or not they disproved of his outspoken candor when it came to the commander in chief, and how they will meet their requisites to obtain the moderate vote.

Here’s where Nugent lost it.

“You are many things, you are not moderate,” Glor pointed out.

After a defensive aside related to his charity work, Nugent’s temper rose and he began to yell at the reporter. “I’m an extremely loving, passionate man, and people who investigate me honestly, without the baggage of political correctness, ascertain the conclusion that I’m a damn nice guy. And if you can find a screening process more powerful than that I’ll [BLEEP], [BLEEP], [BLEEP], [BLEEP].”

And so, it seems, Nugent’s controversial media blitz spills into May. The rock star’s first return to the limelight came on April 17, when he said at a NRA convention he’d be “dead or in jail” if Obama was reelected, later referring to himself as a ‘black Jew at a Nazi-Klan rally.” On April 21, the military canceled his performance at its post in Fort Knox, Ky., citing his anti-Obama comments as justification, and the following week he reportedly signed a plea deal after federal prosecutors brought him to court for illegally shooting a bear on his hunting show.

A momentary pause ensued before Nugent directed his focus off-screen, “Or [BLEEP][BLEEP][BLEEP] -- How’s that sound?”

Noted Glor, this last statement was aimed at a female CBS news producer off camera. TMZ does the heavy lifting on sorting out what was apparently behind the bleeps.

Ted blames kidney stones for his mood. I've had kidney stones and mine were so painful I couldn't talk. I was bawling.

This is also the same Ted Nugent who slept with underage girls, shit in his pants for a week to get a military deferment, three out of wedlock kids by two women, was court-ordered to pay child support, named one of his sons after a gun ala Levi (Rocco Winchester Nugent). No wonder Sarah loves him.
