 I would have posted this on the 4th but celebrating our country's birthday is much more important.

The Supreme Court has handed down a great victory not just for Hobby Lobby, but for all people of faith today! But who could imagine that five judges are the only thing standing between us and a violation of our First Amendment freedom of religion by an out of control administration at war with people of faith?

My recent book “Good Tidings and Great Joy” and Bristol’s blog have covered the Hobby Lobby case. Our friend David French with the ACLJ writes today:

“This is a victory for religious liberty and for common sense. Closely-held corporations cannot be forced to violate their religious convictions for the purpose of funding the Obama Administration’s radical pro-abortion agenda. The owners of Hobby Lobby and all the other employers who challenged the Obama Administration should be commended for their courage.”

Bristol is calling for “Hobby Lobby Love Day” on Thursday to show our gratitude to this courageous family business that stepped up to fight on behalf of all people of faith! They were truly David vs. Goliath!

Sarah Palin panty-sniffer Ted Nugent is a traitor

Worried about the legacy of the Founding Fathers of the United States of America, Ted Nugent is now pondering whether the world would have been better off had the Confederate States, which fought to sever the union, been victorious in the Civil War.

The Detroit-born rocker and outspoken conservative activist writes in a new op-ed for The Washington Times of his fundamental fear of what he calls "Fedzilla," or a government with a social safety net. Triggered by Chief Justice John Roberts voting to uphold President Obama's Affordable Care Act -- but calling the mandate to buy insurance a tax instead of a penalty -- Nugent says, "Because our legislative, judicial and executive branches of government hold the 10th Amendment in contempt, I’m beginning to wonder if it would have been best had the South won the Civil War. Our Founding Fathers’ concept of limited government is dead."

 A longtime critic of the president -- he received a visit from the Secret Service after making allusions to beheading Obama and members of his administration while at an NRA convention in April -- Nugent blasts Medicare, Social Security and Medicaid as parts of what he calls a full-on socialist state.
"Our entitlement programs have bankrupted America," Nugent writes. "We have dug a financial crater so deep that many doubt we can ever climb out. With his vote, Chief Justice Roberts didn’t give Fedzilla an even bigger shovel, he gave Fedzilla an earth mover with which to dig bigger financial holes."
He then adds, "The president should have Chief Justice Roberts over for dinner, give him a ride on Air Force One and apologize for not voting for him during his confirmation hearings. It’s the least the community-organizer-in-chief can do for the turncoat chief justice who saved the president’s socialist health care program."

Nugent endorsed Rick Perry for the GOP nomination for president this winter, before later throwing his support to Mitt Romney.

Ted if you don't like it here move to IRAN!  Very conservative form of government over there which is based on Sharia law a faith based form.  Women have no rights and gays are executed which is what you want anyway.


John Roberts should be apologizing to President Obama for siding with Citizens United and flubbing up the oath at the inauguration, not the other way around.  And Ted you should be pissed off at George Dumbya Bush for appointing Roberts to the Supreme Court.


Ted and Sarah are such vile, hateful, disgusting people it makes me wonder if Bristol and Willow are Ted's bastard love children.

A big ole' middle finger to Sarah Palin and Mitt Romney

Yesterday the SCOTUS announced that the Affordable Health Care act is CONSTITUTIONAL.  This is a huge victory for President Obama and the Democrats.  Even though Justice John Roberts who is a Dumbya appointee tried to twist it around and say it is a TAX, it is not unless you choose not to purchase health insurance.

Like many Americans I'm not 100% sold on the health care act.  I like many of the provisions such as pre-existing conditions are paid for, small businesses will get tax credits, and women are not penalized for being women.  Being a woman I appreciate that.  However I think the age where young people can stay on their parents insurance should be lowered to 24 unless they are in school.  If you are between the ages of 24-26, no longer living with your parents and your employer offers you reasonable coverage you should have your own policy.  I work with many younger adults ages 18-25 who are contracted with our in-house staffing service and they get much better coverage being on their parents policy than the one the staffing service offers, so it does help them.  The staffing service insurance coverage only covers catastrophic situations.

The mandate requiring insurance does bother me a bit.  I already have excellent coverage through my employer so it does not effect me, but if I were to lose my job, I could be up a creek unless I get some subsidies.

Of course our resident retard Sarah Palin had to open her piehole, and in her fashion she tries to spin the ruling in the Republicans favor:

Thank you, SCOTUS. This Obamacare ruling fires up the troops as America’s eyes are opened! Thank God.

This proves to be such an unsettling time in America as we undergo the fundamental transformation that Barack Obama promised he would do to us if elected. Obamacare was dealt in deception and confusion by flooding the public with an overwhelming amount of conflicting “rationale” via thousands of pages of unread legislative detail, which is the radical left’s M.O. Obama promised the American people this wasn’t a tax and that he’d never raise taxes on anyone making less than $250,000. We now see that this is the largest tax increase in history. It will slam every business owner and every one of the 50% of Americans who currently pay their taxes. The other 50% are being deceived if they think they’re going to get a free ride – because Medicaid is broke. Recipients of Obama’s “free health care” will have fewer choices and less accessibility. Trust me – this much more expensive health care WILL be rationed; to claim otherwise defies all economic and common sense.

We will not retreat on this. A newly elected legislative branch is key to defending our Republic and fundamentally restoring all that is good in America.

SCOTUS now rules this is a tax? Well, Congress has the ability to create taxes – and also has the ability to rescind them. Upon their return from the July recess, Congress should act immediately to repeal this terrible new tax on the American people, and indeed they must repeal all of Obamacare. This is the most brazen and sweeping new tax and government overreach imposed on us. We the People did not ask for this tax, we do not want this tax, and we can’t afford this tax. This is not an answer to America’s health care challenges.

It’s time, again, for patriotic Americans to rise up to protest this obvious infringement on our economic and personal freedom. November is just around the corner. Today, the Supreme Court issued their ruling on Obamacare. In November, We the People will issue ours.

Earth to Sarah, it is only a tax if you deliberately not get coverage!

And for Mitt Romney, he said the first day in office he would repeal the Health Care Act.  Mitt you dumbass only Congress can repeal it first! 

Mitt also said President Obama trying to solve the health care crisis ahead of the economy is a moral failure.  Mitt I'll tell you what a moral failure is..you tying your dog to the roof of a car for 12 hour ride and cutting the hair of a classmate perceived to be gay.
