David Chaney says she never met Shailey Tripp

Pursuant to the letter agreement between myself and Homeland Security I received late yesterday the statement of David Chaney regarding the allegations of Shailey Tripp. The following is a transcript of the affidavit sent by a representative of Homeland Security:
“I, David R. Chaney, herein state that I am 48 years of age currently reside at ___(redacted) and am employed by U.S. Secret Service. This information is given by me to let the facts be known. I have not been forced into providing the information, nor have I been promised anything in relation to this investigation.
On this date, _____(redacted) _____ of the U.S. S.S. Inspection Division interviewed me. This interview concerns my knowledge of allegations made against me by Shailey Tripp.

I have never met Shailey Tripp.

Undoubtedly somebody is lying. Shailey Tripp said she was introduced to David Chaney by Todd Palin and provided services to him, and Chaney denies even meeting her. You decide who you believe.
I have a few problems with this statement:
1. If David Chaney wasn’t involved with Shailey Tripp in October of ’08, why would Homeland Security indicate that there was an ongoing investigation?
2. The statement was dated June 6, 2012. The date of the e-mail of Shailey Tripp to Merek Shaeffer was dated May 14th.
3. The date of the Senate Hearing was May 23, 2012.
4. The date of my e-mail to Merek Shaeffer asking why nothing was mentioned at the Senate hearing about the statement of Ms. Tripp was May 28th. Thus I now know that the reason nothing was asked about this incident during the hearing was that a statement of Mr. Chaney had not been taken.
5. On the date of the statement, June 6, 2012, Mr. Chaney declares he is employed with the Secret Service. This is confusing as it was reported he had resigned or been fired by that time.
If anyone reading this blog has information or evidence to prove that David Chaney did know or visit ‘Shailey Tripp in October of 2008, please send it. Please know that I am not assuming at this point that David Chaney is telling the truth. I will try to find evidence that his statement is truthful or not. If I get further evidence, either way, I will post it on this blog, whether it is positive or negative. I have still not received a reply to my letters to Sarah Palin or Todd Palin.
Also on Friday Janet Napolitano resigned as Director of Homeland Security. Coincidence?
Sarah and Todd's day of reckoning is coming up fast now

As everyone following this blog knows, I have been working for over one year to try to get documents from Homeland Security. The documents requested included the sworn statement taken from David Chaney regarding the assertion by Shailey Tripp that she was introduced by Todd Palin to Mr. Chaney, for the purpose of providing sexual services. In an effort to avoid the necessity of filing a lawsuit to obtain these documents, and because Homeland Security indicated an investigation was underway, I proposed that I would refrain from filing a suit, in exchange for a redacted statement of Chaney. The statements of Chaney I specifically requested were any statement he gave pertaining to the meeting with Todd Palin and Shailey Tripp, and the services provided by Shailey Tripp thereafter.
As I was working with an attorney to prepare the Original Petition for filing in Federal Court, I received yesterday a letter from A.T. Smith, the Deputy Director of the U.S. Secret Service, a Division of Homeland Security, proposing a resolution, similar to my letter of June 25th. Mr. Smith has agreed to provide, within 5 days, the statement of David Chaney concerning the allegation that Todd Palin introduced him to Shailey Tripp and the assertion that he engaged in sexual relations for money with Shailey Tripp. In consideration for the voluntary production of this information, I have agreed not to file suit, and for a period of 6 months to refrain from filing any new FOIA requests with the Secret Service or Homeland Security pertaining to David Chaney, Shailey Tripp, Sarah Palin, and Todd Palin.
Obviously David Chaney may have denied the allegations of Shailey Tripp, whether he was being truthful or not. However if he admitted that the meeting took place and that Shailey Tripp provided sexual services to him, we will finally have independent proof of the allegations of Shailey Tripp that Todd Palin was her pimp. It is unclear when and how the documents will be provided to me, but as soon as I receive the statement of Mr. Chaney from Mr. Smith, I’ll advise everyone reading.
Thank you for your support over the last year as I have fought to obtain these documents.

The above captioned title, Columbia hookers case takes strange turn in USA; previously deposed witnesses receive death threats, was found on twitter yesterday (May 2, 2013) and relates to a woman named Shailey Tripp. As you may know she is the woman whose name got associated with Todd Palin. There are several reporters seeking answers about the relationship between Todd Palin and Shailey Tripp. Two reporters from the New York Times started investigating the story but were told by their Editor they could not publish anything. Oddly enough, the Palins have not denied knowing her; in fact Sarah Palin has referred to her five times on national television, the most infamous on the Sean Hannity show when asked about Hermain Cain’s infidelity. Ironically Sarah Palin condoned Cain’s behavior passive aggressively by indicating that “boys will be boys”. On a radio show she indicated that all the public and reporters had to do was ask Todd Palin if he had been “hanging around with hookers in Alaska” and that he was not “involved in a prostitution ring” long before anyone accused him of being allegedly involved in a prostitution ring.
Despite the above events many of us have been stonewalled off the story. Yet, the public still remains interested and there have been some new developments with information regarding these two people and even you, Mr. Tiemessen. Shailey Tripp’s life appears to be threatened. Some of the latest events have been threats on her life, and a mysterious fire in her apartment building. She also appears to be a witness in regards to secret service agent, David Chaney. Formal letters have been sent to several Federal agencies to release more information under the FOA, on the statement of David Chaney about his statement and whether or not it confirms Ms. Tripp’s story. David Chaney was one of the Secret Service agents assigned to Sarah Palin. One persistent blogger and former lawyer, Malia Litman, has formerly asked for a statement regarding this relationship from you and your client Todd Palin.
New information has surfaced and was sent to several investigative agencies and reporters. Some of the information sent were possible medical records showing that Shailey Tripp provided Sarah Palin and Todd Palin a massage at the All About You Spa in Anchorage, AK. There is a signed contract showing the relationship of Shailey Tripp to the All About You Spa. There are records showing a large donation of $900, Shailey Tripp made to the Parnell- Palin political campaign. There are pictures and records indicating that indeed information with Todd Palin’s name in the property the Anchorage Police (APD) took from the arrest of Shailey Tripp and was investigated and confirmed by P.I. Ed Opperman of emailrevealer.com & featured on ABC Nightline and the Dr. Drew show in Las Vegas, NV. Former Lt. Dave Parker of the APD issued a false press release to the national media stating that Todd Palin’s information was not in any of Shailey Tripp’s property. Since then Mr. Parker recanted and told follow up reporters that he issued that statement because John Tiemessen asked him to. Since that statement we now have his revised statement admitting he lied in the press release and the evidence from Ed Opperman indicating that Todd Palin’s name and contact information were in the evidence that was in the possession of the APD as a result of Shailey Tripp’s arrest in March of 2010.
In light of all this information I have several questions and respectfully ask that you comment on them. My first question is why does John Tiemessen’s phone number appear in Shailey Tripp’s cell phone records 6 times and each call lasting more than 30 seconds and as long as 7 minutes from 2008-2010? Why does ToddPalin’s phone number appear in Shailey Tripp’s phone records 12 times; each call lasting more than 2 minutes? Will you also make a comment on the book Boys Will Be Boys by Bottoms & Tripp published in March of 2012? What comment would you like to make on the medical records from the All About You Spa that show that Shailey Tripp gave both Sarah Palin and Todd Palin massages in Feb. and March of 2008? Why has Tiemessen, the Palins, or Officer Padgett not sued Shailey Tripp for defamation, slander, or lies in her book Boys Will Be Boys when in fact Todd Palin, was quick to go after author Joe McGinnis? Can you comment on the fact that the book Boys Will Be Boys shows emails attesting to the fact that you and thePalins were made aware of the Shailey Tripp allegations through the National Enquirer in Dec. of 2010, and you chose not to respond to them at that time, is there anything you would like to say now? Shailey Tripp’s allegations and her version of the story now appear in her book titled Boys Will Be Boys (in which she is actively seeking a movie deal), in the movie by Nick Broomfield titled Sarah Palin: You Betcha, in a newly published book titled The Lipstick Mystic’s® Guide to Time Traveling (sic), an audio account on YouTube & on the Immoral Minority Blog, the National Enquirer, and in Malia Litman’s public blog but the Palin version of this story and their commentary have not been issued. Can you also comment on the fact that the medical records indicating the massage Shailey Tripp performed on Sarah Palin in March of 2008 note that Sarah Palin was not pregnant and had in fact just received lippodissolve injections a few weeks prior to the massage?
I also wish to inform you that Shailey Tripp’s lawyer will also receive a similar email asking her for a direct quote and her side of the story. In the event Ms. Tripp answers I will send you one more email for a chance of a rebuttal and promise to print word for word anything you may say. Dave Parker of the Anchorage APD is retiring at the end of the year

Some Alaskans see this guy on TV more often than they see their own parents. His name has appeared in nearly 600 Daily News stories since 2008 -- Sarah Palin territory. One time he Tasered a bear.
Omnipresent Anchorage police spokesman Lt. Dave Parker said Friday he’s retiring at the end of the year. “I put in my papers today,” he said.
Parker is an ordained preacher and, unlike spokespeople at many police departments, a badge-carrying cop. His last day will be Dec. 31.
If I worked at a local TV station, I’d be piecing that blooper reel together now.
As you all should know Parker helped sweep Todd's involvement with the hooker ring under the rug. He had a hand in harassing Shailey Tripp who has spoken out against the Palins.
Now with Sean Parnell turning up the heat on sex trafficking in Alaska, Parker must have decided to bail out now.

Thank you for contacting me with your concerns regarding the misconduct of U.S. Secret Service (USSS) personnel in Cartagena, Colombia. As Chairman of the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee (HSGAC), I appreciate your comments and welcome the opportunity to respond to you on this issue.
As you may know, I chaired a hearing on May 23, 2012, titled “Secret Service on the Line: Restoring Trust and Confidence” to raise questions about the level and potential culture of misconduct among Secret Service personnel. Given the importance of the Secret Service's mission, Ranking Member Susan Collins (R-ME) and I asked the top officials responsible for looking into the Cartagena incident, USSS Director Mark Sullivan and U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Acting Inspector General (IG) Charles Edwards, to testify before the Committee. While both officials assured HSGAC Members that this incident is being examined thoroughly, going forward I do not believe we can afford to watch an agency with a mission as important as the Secret Service's be compromised. That is why I am committed to finding out not only what happened in Colombia, but why it happened. The agents and officers within the Secret Service must be held to the highest standards. Displays of misconduct akin to the Cartagena episode potentially jeopardize the President's immediate safety or could create long-term, exploitable gaps in his security. For that reason, a culture which turns a blind eye to this kind of behavior is simply unacceptable. I believe it is particularly important that supervisors in charge of agents lead by example and maintain the highest code of conduct and continue to demonstrate the selfless and highly skilled traditions we have come to expect of the agency.

Todd Palin is just like Jerry Sandusky...a predator
Before I begin the Sandusky/Palin comparisions I want to reflect on the Penn State sex abuse scandal.
As you all know ex-Penn State assistant football coach Jerry Sandusky was convicted of 45 counts of child sex abuse. He will spend the rest of his life in prison which probably be 5-10 years due to his age (68) and the fact that even the most hardened, dangerous inmates hate child molestors and Jerry is going to have a hard time because of that. Even though he will likely be sequestered from the general prison population shit happens and some inmate could get him.
Jerry is the most disgusting person in this whole saga, but I'm just as angry at Mike McQueary, Joe Paterno, and Dottie Sandusky. Mike witnessed Jerry raping a boy in the shower at Penn State and did not beat the shit out of him like he should have. Dottie ignored a boy's cry for help when Jerry was raping him in the basement of the Sandusky home. And Joe had the clout to make one phone call to get Jerry arrested and he did not.
Jerry is going to appeal, and ex-Penn State officials like Graham Spanier, Tim Curley, and Gary Schultz will be getting their day in court over charges they covered up Jerry's behavior and lied about it. And Penn State will be target of many lawsuits filed by the victims, so we will be hearing about this for a long time.
Another thing that makes me angry is the NCAA. Why they have not sanctioned Penn State I do not know. No violations occurred but Penn State committed a major moral failure and that deserves the NCAA's attention.
Now on to Jerry and Todd.
Don't get me wrong, Jerry Sandusky is much much worse than Todd Palin, but they are both predators. Jerry preyed on young boys who had bad home lives and psychological issues, Todd preyed on women who were in dire straits. There was an unfounded rumor that Jerry pimped out the boys to wealthy Second Mile and Penn State donors. Todd actually pimped Shailey Tripp out.
People close to Jerry such as Joe Paterno, Mike McQueary, and Dottie Sandusky ignored his behavior. Sarah ignored Todd's behavior and issued a non-denial denial. Penn State administration ignored Jerry's behavior. The APD ignored Todd's. Corruption all abound.
Jerry used his position as a Penn State defensive coordinator and founder of the Second Mile organization to groom boys for sex. According to Shailey Todd used his position as First Dude to pimp girls out for government contracts.
Jerry will spend time behind iron bars. Todd has not but he will someday. Be afraid Todd. Be very afraid.

Senator Susan Collins is a Republican, and the senior member of the Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs. That committee has jurisdiction over the Department of Homeland Security and is the Senate’s Chief Oversight Committee. She is the former chairman of the committee. Wanting to ensure that she personally knew about the scandal involving Todd Palin and Shailey Tripp, I contacted her office this morning. I was referred to “Jake” who is one of the staff members assigned to cover the investigation that will be the subject of the inquiry tomorrow. Jake confirmed that Senator Collins already knew “all about” Shailey Tripp, Todd Palin, and David Chaney. It must be that the officer who took a statement from Shailey, as reported yesterday, actually gave a complete report which was evidently circulated to members of the committee. I am assuming this dissemination of information took place because it is my impression that the office who took the statement from Shailey Tripp did not work directly for Senator Collins. A little later today, I will post a link to listen to the hearing scheduled for tomorrow. and if the video becomes available, I’ll post a link to that as well.
My conclusion is that we are no longer dependent on Joe Leiberman to bring attention to this matter. It appears this story is now available to all members of the Senate Committee. If there is nothing discussed tomorrow about the culture of corruption in Alaska, it is because of an attempt by the members of the committee to keep this information secret. Responsibility will be shared, for better or worse, by all members of the committee.
Malia has been working diligently to expose the Palins for their misdeeds from the tax credit they got for their unreality show to Todd's prostitution ring. Her efforts are noble. I'm afraid though the Palins will skate on this one because they are like Teflon, nothing to them sticks. They got a slap on the wrist for Troopergate, Travelgate, AFT, and Taxgate. It's obvious Bristol keeps Tripp from Levi but the judges won't do anything.
Joe Lieberman may not like Sarah, he had to restrain her from coming after President Obama back in 2009.
However he is best friends with John McCain, and Sarah was his running mate. If Sarah is exposed, she will expose John. It's funny when Sarah ran for governor back in 2006 she promised to end the corruption in AK, but it's the corruption in DC that may save her ass.
Thank you Malia for everything you have done to expose the Palins! There is a special place for you in heaven.

Shailey Tripp pled “no contest” to the charge of running a house of prostitution in Anchorage.Ms. Tripp has written a book disclosing graphic details of her business relationship with Todd Palin as her pimp, complete with a description of Todd’s unusual anatomy.
The secret service agent assigned to guard Sarah Palin during the 2008 campaign was David Chaney.
David Chaney has resigned from the Secret Service as a result of his involvement with prostitutes in Columbia. Shailey Tripp has given me permission to report to you today that David Chaney was referred to her by Todd Palin for sexual services, which she DID provide. It seems that there is a culture, at least among some agents, of use and abuse of women. In an effort to make this information known to people within the Secret Service, I contacted Paula Reid, both yesterday and today, the office in D.C. in charge of the Colombia investigation both yesterday and today, and was ultimately referred to the Secret Service Office in Dallas. Agent Holloway in Dallas indicated he would look into the complaint. When I didn’t hear back from him, I contacted him again today and he indicated he would contact me within the next two hours. After three hours passed I called Agent Holloway back, and he then referred me to his supervisor, Agent Peek. Agent Peek advised me that unless I had audio or video tape of the encounter he would not be interested.
When I explained that I did not have either, but had a witness statement, he hung-up the phone on me. It was as if he simply wanted confirmation that there would be no recording featured on the news that he would have to explain. There was no indication of an interest in uncovering the truth about a culture of corruption within the Secret Service.
While testifying before a Senate Judiciary Committee, Janet Napolitano said that she felt the Colombia incident was an “isolated case.”
She said the agency’s office of professional responsibility had never received previous complaints in the past 2 ½ years. “If the misconduct is part of a pattern, Napolitano added, “That would be a surprise to me.”
Surprise! If anyone bothered to talk to Shailey Tripp, she would confirm that Todd Palin and David Chaney had been hanging out with Hookers. I have filed a complaint with the office of Homeland Security so the period of being “complaint free” has just ended. Please help me bring media focus to this story. Shailey Tripp has done her part by disclosing this painful part of her life, and it is our turn to demand that somebody take notice. It is interesting that the Secret Service agent who caused this scandal to come to light refused to pay the woman who provided the sexual services requested, and according to Shailey Tripp’s book, Todd Palin stopped paying her for services provided to him. It appears there is no honor among thieves. We might expect Palin’s attorney to ask the Secret Service to issue a press release to the National Enquirer, indicating that there is not one “scintilla” of evidence, in their possession, that they have reviewed, implicating David Chaney in the scandal involving Todd Palin or Shailey Tripp. If they refuse to take the statement of Shailey Tripp, Todd Palin, or David Chaney, there would be no evidence to review.

The Secret Service and hookers for hire story has dominated the news for the past week. Naturally Sarah had to open her trap about it on Greta Van Suck Thursday night. Never mind the fact that David Chaney was hired 20 years ago, during Bush Sr. administration. Never mind Fred Malek who was involved in killing and eating a dog is a big Palin pantysniffer and adviser. Never mind that Todd Palin introduced David Chaney to Shailey Tripp. From Shailey's Facebook page: Now I have reviewed the picture of the one secret service agent who in his FB wrote about her and posted pictures. It was completely unprofessional and creepy of him to do that. When I saw his picture I was stunned. Todd Palin had introduced me to him and two others as people he worked with. Todd encouraged me to give them a good time, make sure they were taken care of, and suggested to me they may need more than a happy ending. I hope the secret service will investigate other trips these agents have been on and I hope other people will come forward. I heard Shailey Tripp sent Parnell a copy of her book Boys will be Boys. Maybe he actually read it and decided to do something.
Shailey is shutting down her blog for good this Friday which is too bad. I do wish her well in her future endeavors. I don't know why but maybe the Feds are closing in on the Palins and she was advised to quit blogging. Would not surpise me considering the Secret Service sex scandal broke this weekend and now including all the branches of the military. Shailey always said sex was a big part of government contracts. She did send a copy of her book to the Obamas as well.

We have known since Feb of 2011 that the Anchorage Police Department issued a “press release” at the request of Sarah Palin’s attorney, indicating that none of the “evidence seized” implicated Todd Palin in an alleged sexual relationship with Shailey Tripp, a prostitute. Dave Parker of the APD stated it was just “guilt by innuendo.” He said:
“It was just guilt by innuendo, nothing else,”
”There’s not one scintilla of evidence that Todd Palin had anything to do with this.”. It now seems that there isn’t one scintilla of evidence, other than Shailey Tripp’s lie detector statements, because the APD DESTROYED the evidence. Shailey Tripp has confirmed that in the last hearing before the Judge regarding the property seized that the cell phone and lap top were destroyed by Dave Parker on Sept. 14,2011. Dave Parker has admitted to me that he reads this blog, and doesn’t appreciate some of the things I have reported, but he never complained that anything I reported was inaccurate.
In the original National Enquirer articfle, they claimed 36-year-old Shailey Tripp was arrested for maintaining a house of prostitution in March and that cops had confiscated physical evidence that could tie ex-Gov. Sarah Palin’s husband to the alleged affair.
Thus the APD was put on notice that the “evidence seized” was critical to confirm the story of Shailey Tripp, but that evidence has been destroyed by the very policemen who gave the statement to the National Enquirer that attempted to vindicate Todd.
This is corruption at its most repugnant level! This is obstruction of justice! It’s an example of an elected official using the police to distort the truth. Shailey Tripp is entitled to the same protection under the law as any other citizen. Shailey’s rights have been violated. So have ours. The people of this country are entitled to know about the woman that could have been our Vice President, and the man who was Alaska’s First Dude. Todd Palin has never denied the allegations of Shailey Tripp. He must have been waiting to be sure the evidence was destroyed by the police.
It was clear that the “evidence seized” included a cell phone and lap top computer that were allegedly not “reviewed”. On two different occasions I notified Officer McKinnon that the “evidence seized” was very important and that the police should take special precautions to ensure that the “evidence” that included a cell phone and lap top did not mysteriously disappear.
The latest news from last week, is that the City prosecutor’s office admited to the presiding judge that Officer Parker destroyed everything, except the credit card machine. That means that the cell phone and lap top of Shailey Tripp, that she has been trying to obtain since June were destroyed. They were destroyed on Spet 14, 2011 !!! The fact that it was only the cell phone and lap top that were destroyed, and not the credit card machine would suggest that it was a cover-up rather than a routine police procedure! It appears Sarah Palin would like the government to “get out of the way” unless she needs their help.
I wonder how much the Palins had to pay to get that stuff destroyed.

SHAILEY TRIPP hires noted forensic expert to examine electronic property seized by police
Shailey Tripp, the 37-year-old former licensed massage therapist embroiled in a sex scandal involving the husband of former Vice Presidential candidate and FOX news pundit Sarah Palin, has hired a well known private investigator to determine whether computers and cell phones believed to contain evidence of her affair with Todd Palin may have been tampered with while in the custody of the Anchorage Police Department (APD) in Anchorage, Alaska.
“I have instructed my attorney to submit all of my electronic property, including cell phones, to Colorado Springs P.I. Ed Opperman and his Nevada based digital forensic company, Accurate Information Recovery Inc.,” Tripp said, adding, “My expectation is that he will be able to recover substantial evidence of my relationship with Todd and corroborate what I have been saying about Todd's prostitution activities.”
"I look forward to examining the material in question," , Opperman adding, "Once my examination is complete the report will be made available to Ms. Tripp for her to do as she wishes. We have no political stake or opinion in the matter. This is just an impartial search for the truth."
When Tripp was arrested for prostitution by the APD in March 2010, officers seized a sizeable amount of electronic gear and paper documentation that Tripp has maintained contain evidence of a prostitution ring that included Todd Palin and other powerful figures in Alaska. When her case was dismissed last June, Judge Pamela Washington ordered that all of Tripp’s property be returned to her. After battling the APD for several months the department finally returned some of her property but not all.
In an effort to gain the return of her remaining property Tripp has file a complaint with APD’s Internal Affairs Division and the Municipal Ombudsman. Then on November 30 Judge Washington took the unusual step of issuing a new order to the Anchorage Municipal Prosecutor and APD, giving the agencies ten days to comply or be held in contempt.
Opperman will examine the electronic equipment that has been returned to Trip so far. “A big part of Mr. Opperman’s job will be to determine of any of my property was tampered with while it was in the APD’s possession. Detective McKinnon assured me that it had not been examined.”
Tripp has ample reason to be concerned after learning that an APD officer, Lt. Dave Parker, issued a misleading press release at the specific request of Sarah Palin lawyer John Tiemessen. The release, which coincided with a planned National Enquirer expose about Todd, stated that APD had examined Tripp’s property and found no mention of Todd Palin. The Palins used this press release to discredit the Enquirer story and the tabloid decided not to pursue the story. Parker later admitted to blogger/lawyer Malia Litman that the department had not thoroughly examined the property and therefore could not exclude Todd as being tied to Tripp.
Tripp has asked APD Internal Affairs to examine whether Parker acted improperly in issuing the press release. Internal Affairs has so far not responded to her request.
Tripp’s documentation is part of a book she is writing about her life story, including her involvement with Todd Palin. Because she has received threats, she is taking no chances with her material. “I put all the other evidence such as notebooks, calendars, appointments books, receipts, gift certificates, client forms, and other materials in a secure location,” she said. “I have taken the added step of making multiple copies and saving them in several locations physcially and on the Internet."

If you want this story to go viral or get taken seriously, I encourage you to copy the press release and send it to any magazine, news media, entertainment, etc that you can and tweet it and facebook it all over the place. Talking to the two sources I spoke to today, they claimed they couldn't see what was newsworthy or valuable about this story and that it is old news not anything beyond that. Help me show them the public, not Shailey, wants answers, wants better coverage, and wants the truth to come out.
Good for you Shailey! However I don't think releasing the name of the forensic expert was a good idea. Sarah could get her claws into the guy and totally get things fucked up for you. Everything she touches turns to shit eventually. Just sayin.
