DENIED! Bwahahahahahahaha!

From Huffington Post

Sarah Palin is dropping subtle hints that she might want to be a panelist on "The View." And by "subtle hints," we mean that she is explicitly saying in an interview that she might want to be a panelist on "The View."*

The ABC show is undergoing an almost total overhaul, with every host but Whoopi Goldberg departing.
That means that lots of replacements are needed.

Enter Palin. Asked by the Hollywood Reporter if she had any interest in doing a "political talk show," she replied, "I hear everyone recently got canned from 'The View,' maybe a show like that needs a punch of reality and a voice of reason from America's heartland to knock some humble sense into their scripts. You know, someone willing to go rogue."

It's that kind of slavish adherence to a well-worn catchphrase that could make Palin the perfect daytime talk show host. Moreover, with everyone from Rosie O'Donnell to Mario Cantone being touted as a possible new panelist, "The View" has a chance to really return to its delightfully bonkers roots. Just imagine a show co-hosted by Whoopi Goldberg, Rosie O'Donnell, Sarah Palin and Mario Cantone. JUST. IMAGINE. THAT.

Sorry Skank but that's not gonna happen!  It would be like having Rush Limbaugh return to ESPN to do NFL Countdown.  One stupid comment and she is gone, like Rush was.

Looks like Skanky's not gonna get her wish

It's official -- Rosie O'Donnell is returning as a host for "The View."
The show tweeted out the news today saying, "ABC confirms Rosie O'Donnell returns as co-host of #TheView w/ moderator Whoopi Goldberg for Season 18."
The host is back after being on the show before from 2006 to 2007. While on the show, she famously clashed with Donald Trump and even some former "View" co-hosts like Elisabeth Hasselbeck.
This has to hurt as well:

The conservative pundit and daughter of Sen. John McCain will appear as a guest co-host on “The View” next week as a tryout to join the talk show, according to The Wrap.

McCain, 29, is currently a panelist on Pivot’s “TakePart Live” and has appeared on “The View” several times in the past few years, most recently as a guest co-host in 2013.

Sportsman Channel has picked up a second season of Amazing America with Sarah Palin, the network will announce Monday. Palin's program, which has her introducing viewers to the great outdoors as well as the country's unsung heroes, has brought significant attention to the niche
cable channel propelling Sportsman to triple-digit year-over-year growth in households and key male demographics. And network executives are counting on Palin to be their linchpin in an ongoing effort to launch more original programming.

“Sportsman Channel has experienced tremendous growth this year and Sarah Palin’s involvement has proved to be a tremendous boon for our network and programming initiatives," noted Marc Fein, executive vp of programming and production

What kind of drugs are they smoking over at the Sportsman Channel?

Have you read Hillary Clinton's book Hard Choices?
So far just the passage about me because an attorney sent the passage to me. Hillary wrote about the 2008 campaign when the Obama camp asked her to basically engage in their familiar "politics of personal destruction" just hours after I was announced as the GOP's first female VP candidate. They couldn't attack my record as an executive, a Mayor, a Governor, an energy resources commissioner, nor a wife and mother, so ratcheting it all down she surmised the attacks would be based on gender! How passé. How mighty hypocritical. Hillary refused to engage. I appreciated her boldness in explaining that behind-the-scenes campaign tactic of Obama's. I've since pointed out there's no "war on women" if one doesn't react to that immature shot across the bow from the Liberal Left like America saw during that entire campaign. Don't retreat from such a shot. Just reload like I've been blessed to have the opportunity to do. And hey, I'm still standing! So flipping proud to be an American where I know first hand that anything is possible if you work hard, put your life in God's hands, serve something greater than self, and live life vibrantly!

Blah blah blah.  President Obama never asked anyone to attack you.  He wanted Hillary to attack your beliefs, not your family or your experience.  So shut the fuck up.

Amazing Alaska will be not be aired tonight

From Multichannel News

With Amazing America with Sarah Palin about to end its run, Sportsman Channel is getting “unplugged” with a new original series about people living off the grid.   Premiering June 5 at 8 p.m. (ET) America Unplugged, hosted by former U.S. Navy SEAL Cade Courtley, will look at the stories of eight Americans who have chosen to live off the land, including generating their own electricity. The network says about 400,000 Americans are living off the grid.   Marc Fein, executive vice president of programming and production for Sportsman Channel, says Amazing America, featuring Palin, the former vice presidential candidate, generated big increases in viewership in its timeslot from a year ago. It also generated buzz for the network. There have been renewal discussions, but no decision has been made at this juncture.

Amazing America has still been on?  (Snark)

Seriously though this show will not be renewed.

This has to sting...Sarah has a black co-host for her show

From the Sportsman Channel:

Sportsman Channel, the leader in outdoor television for American sportsmen and women, announced that accomplished comedian and dramatic actor, Mark Christopher Lawrence is co-hosting Amazing America with Sarah Palin, the weekly series that will premiere April 3 at 8 p.m. ET.

Lawrence, a native of Compton, Calif., attended The University of Southern California and studied theatre.

Currently, a San Diego resident, Lawrence starred on Chuck for five seasons and has been seen as a guest star on many popular television shows throughout the years such as: Seinfeld, Murphy Brown, 3rd Rock from the Sun, Dharma & Greg and My Name is Earl.

Lawrence is the co-host of seven episodes of Amazing America with Sarah Palin and experiences heart-warming and unique stories that exemplify the American dream. Audiences will experience the life of a professional taxidermist and successful businessmen who are passionate for America and philanthropy – not to mention pastors racing cars and a father and son team of custom knives makers.

“This journey across America is truly rewarding,” offered Lawrence. “Every person we talked with was very giving of their time and happy to share their amazing experiences of the hard work and passion for adventure and the outdoors. The diversity of the stories will inspire viewers and bring laughter and joy.”

From what I have read, Mark Christopher Lawrence is a pretty good actor.  He'll have to be in order to make up for Sarah's gaffes, and believe me she will have more than a few.

Oh and Sarah I'm sure Mark is not interested in you.
